MaxWorkouts is really delivering results for me. This can be a great, well planned workout program. Weeks 4, 5, and 6 brought a new group of exercises and I have got to let you know week 4 really kicked my ass. Nevertheless the bottom line is i dug deep and powered through those tough workout exercise days and that i always develop, stronger, and leaner.
So starting in week 4 we have new exercises. New sets for your three lifting days we now have and new optional ab routines too. This program works because of their concentrate on the big muscle tissues and hitting them with intensity while making each workout a exercise in testing your cardio as well. These three weeks sees deadlifts, pull-ups, pike push-ups plus a host of other big muscle exercises being added to the routines. As before, in Crossfit-like style, the last lifting workout every week encourages one to pound through as much teams of several exercise workout as you can in 20 minutes. (6 was my best and i also was totally trashed when I ended)
Have you ever tried one legged box squats? You will in this program and they are amazing. Shin Ohtake did a fantastic job within the MaxWorkouts design by incorporating a lot of exercises where your balance along with your muscles are challenged through the exercise routines. My first day of box squats was frankly pretty ugly, so I squeezed several extra in in my cardio days just so I could really buy them down. My glutes and quads are not very happy with me, yet the outcomes of better definition and additional muscle growth are incredibly evident.

Tha harsh truth here is that i'm experiencing and enjoying the variety within the workouts, I am getting results with a shorter time during a workout session, and i'm definitely feeling much more athletic that I have inside a very long time. This MaxWorkouts is hard, but I am loving this program.
